Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

MTN Group is seeking an experienced Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations. The Online Client Relations Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 2. Develop and implement online client engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Monitor online reviews and feedback, and address any issues or concerns raised by clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all online platforms. 5. Analyze data and reports to track client behavior and identify trends to improve services. 6. Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless online experience. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online client relations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Proven experience in project management and negotiation. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 7. Familiarity with social media platforms and online customer engagement strategies.
