Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Netcare is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Entry Level position, the Online Client Relations Representative will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our online clients and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and concerns via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Providing timely and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services - Resolving client issues and escalations in a professional and timely manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with online clients to increase satisfaction and retention - Working closely with other departments to address client needs and feedback - Monitoring online client activity and engagement, and proactively reaching out to promote new products or services - Conducting online surveys and gathering feedback to improve client satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building relationships - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms
