Job Description - Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Online Client Service Assistant to join our team at Liberty Group in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. 3. Conduct research and analysis to provide accurate information and solutions to clients. 4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient client service experience. 5. Monitor client feedback and address any issues or complaints in a timely manner. 6. Coordinate with internal departments to provide comprehensive support to clients. 7. Assist in the development of client service strategies and initiatives. 8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service or client support roles. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
