Job Description:
Bidcorp is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Associate in our Soweto, Gauteng location. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, passionate about customer service, and possess strong teamwork and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support for online platforms - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service experience - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and make recommendations for enhancements - Meet performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required - 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Adaptable personality with a passion for helping customers - Team player with strong strategic planning skills
