Online Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Woolworths Holdings in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Process and track online orders, returns, and exchanges - Monitor and update product information on our website - Collaborate with other departments to improve the online shopping experience for customers - Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers and colleagues

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Innovation and adaptability to new technologies and processes - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
