Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Online Customer Service Officer to join our team at Mr Price Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online shoppers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and other inquiries - Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online retail environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
