Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Tiger Brands is currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Representative in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online live chat support to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently - Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping details, and other related queries - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers in a fast-paced online environment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and KPIs - Act as a brand ambassador for Tiger Brands, upholding the company's values and image in all interactions - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team - Proficiency in MS Office and online chat platforms - Presentation skills for training and workshops
