Job Description:
As an Online Live Chat Specialist at FirstRand in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online chat to provide support and assistance - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services - Identify and escalate any emerging issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful and energetic with a positive attitude - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to think strategically and plan accordingly - No prior experience required, training will be provided
