Online Support Associate

Remgro is seeking a motivated and dedicated Online Support Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and phone, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and effectively. 2. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary. 4. Update customer records and ensure accurate and timely information is documented. 5. Assist in developing and implementing new strategies to improve the overall customer support experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management and planning abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Experience in a customer service or support role is a plus.
