Job Description:

Bidcorp is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This is an entry-level position that is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, dedicated, and looking to kickstart their career in the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat, answering inquiries and providing assistance in a professional and timely manner - Use persuasive language and presentation skills to promote products or services and drive sales - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with customers at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment is essential - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Persuasive and able to think on your feet - Presentation skills are a plus - Must be a team player with a positive attitude - Eager to contribute new ideas and make a difference in the team - High school diploma or equivalent
