Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Hilton is seeking a dynamic Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with online customers via web chat to provide exceptional customer service and support - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Utilize knowledge of Hilton products and services to effectively address customer needs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support across all channels - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions - Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and best practices to improve customer experience - Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and resourceful attitude - Presentation skills to effectively engage with customers - Adaptability to changing priorities and situations - Experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Knowledge of online chat software and tools is a plus
