Job Description:
As a Remote Support Representative at Hilton in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting with their needs remotely. You will work closely with guests to troubleshoot any issues they may have with their reservations, accommodations, or overall experience with the Hilton brand. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities: - Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues related to reservations, bookings, and other guest services - Provide information and guidance to guests on Hilton's amenities and offerings - Assist with resolving any guest complaints or concerns in a satisfactory manner - Maintain a positive attitude and uphold Hilton's standards of customer service excellence - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and motivated personality traits - Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using remote communication tools and software - Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
