Support Representative - Work from home

Telkom SA is seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time work from home position based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. The ideal candidate will be an entry-level professional with no prior experience required. Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless support experience for customers - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
