Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Liberty Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant. This is a full-time, work from home position based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong dedication to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed performance goals set by management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Energetic personality and strong dedication to customer satisfaction - Excellent project management and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based chat platforms - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
