Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at Growthpoint Properties in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform, ensuring efficient and effective communication with our customers. This is a full-time position that requires reliability and adaptability.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of web chat agents to provide excellent customer service - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and professionalism - Analyze chat data and trends to make recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with other teams to optimize the chat platform for customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to increase chat engagement and conversion rates

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities - Demonstrated reliability and adaptability - Proven experience in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions - Familiarity with web chat software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
