Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Multichoice Group is seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our dynamic team based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate level position, the Remote Web Chat Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions with clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient personality with high energy levels - Demonstrated leadership skills - Comfortable using technology and web chat platforms
