Bidcorp is seeking a motivated and reliable Web Chat Officer to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. This is a full-time, work from home position that is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer service and communication. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming web chats from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues they may have - Utilize communication skills to effectively convey information and maintain professional interactions with customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service and support for customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best possible service to customers

Requirements: - Reliable and adaptable individual who can work independently and in a team environment - Strong presentation and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Customer service experience is a plus
