Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and driven Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team at Bidvest Group. This is a remote position based in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Entry Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Identify and escalate any issues that require further assistance or intervention - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Project management skills - Emotional intelligence - Proficiency in computer and internet usage - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
