Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Barloworld. This position is a work-from-home opportunity based in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an entry-level position, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience

Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Adaptability to changing situations and priorities - Proficiency in using web chat software and other online tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
