Senior Solutions Architect

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Unified Endpoint Management Senior Solutions Architect to join our client's team for a flexible resources assignment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, documenting, defining, and evaluating technical integration information for major systems and related components.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, documenting, defining, and evaluating technical integration information for major systems and related components.
• Verify, plan, and execute maintenance tasks together with other infrastructure teams.
• Assist in defining and documenting technology platforms and dependencies for multiple environments.
• Understand and monitor impacts to and dependencies between existing technical and network environments.
• Work on automation of platform operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance topics.
• Interact with an international product team, external providers, vendors, and customers.

• Advanced proficiency in VMWare Workspace One (UEM & Access).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one OS/device platform (iOS, AOSP, Windows, MacOS, Linux).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, SCCM, GPO.
• Intermediate scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Apple technologies.
• Experience with troubleshooting infrastructure, network, and integration issues.
• Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem management).
• Experience with technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

• Proficiency in the German language.
• Experience in operation of Linux Servers and/or Windows Servers.
• Experience with cloud technologies and cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Services).
• Experience with monitoring solutions (SCOM, Dynatrace, Site24/7, etc.).
• Experience with SQL databases (MS, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong soft skills, including excellent communication and analytical abilities.

• A university degree/diploma in a relevant field of study (e.g., computer science, engineering , sciences) or a comparable qualification OR 5 years of IT experience.
