- Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
- Attitude: Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical training or certifications are advantageous.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer interaction: Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and provide clear, detailed information about their vehicle service needs.
- Service coordination: Schedule service appointments, prepare estimates, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Technical insight: Explain repair and maintenance work to customers, ensuring they understand the necessity and value of the services provided.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate service records, including detailed descriptions of services performed and parts used.
