Duties & Responsibilities | Oversee and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen – Q PRO-specific Implement new innovative and creative ideas (on meals and functions) Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the correct recipe and the correct quantity. Ensure that all dishes reach the hot plate correctly garnished in the correct portion and size, presented on the prescribed serving dish in the prescribed manner Oversee and monitor the quality of food and presentation thereof Manage & train staff Quality & quantity controls on all food products. Keeping updated on market trends and reacting to these effectively and efficiently Responsible for food budgets and to achieve their requirements - Ability to produce a high volume of work on time that is accurate, complete, and of a high quality
