This individual will be a key member of our marketing analytics team. They will be responsible for translating data into clear and actionable insights using analytics, data visualization and storytelling. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards, along with other standard reporting, from our marketing tech stack including GA4, Eloqua, Salesforce, Sprinklr and other proprietary resources. A critical aspect of this role will be using front-end visualization tools such as PowerBI, Altryx, Looker Studio, and Tableau.What You'll Bring:Prepare data for ingestion into visualization tools to create desired visualizations.Maintain data systems and sources.Coordinate naming conventions and data fields across marketing activities and tactics.Maintain / create ongoing reports for stakeholders at various levels of the organization (executive, management, and operator) using a variety of sources and platforms.Collaborate with channel commercialization team on various ad-hoc projects and programs.Ability to connect dots across platforms to tell stories that inspire marketing optimization and action.Impact You'll Make:Six to 8+ years of experience working within a marketing analytics function designing, building, deploying, and maintaining reports and dashboards using front-end visualization tools (E.g., PowerBI, Eloqua, Salesforce, LookerStudio, Confluence Whiteboard, & Tableau).Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Eloqua, & Sprinklr analyticsFamiliarity with insights-led and performance-driven integrated marketing.Experienced user of excel, word, outlook, & powerpoint. Must be able to use Pivot tables, excel analysis formulas (IF, VLOOKUP, COUNT, SUMIF, SUMPRODUCT, etc.) and formatting data, create, and edit charts in excel.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Expert-level / mastery of data visualization tools like GA4 LookerStudio, Eloqua, PowerBI, Altryx, and Tableau.Extreme attention to detail.B.S / BA degreeIt is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment.A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line in order to work effectively.This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.TransUnion Job TitleSr Consultant, Data Analysis
