Support Associate - Remote Work

Imperial Logistics is seeking a Support Associate to join our team in a remote work position based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our team members, clients, and customers. Your duties will include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting research to resolve inquiries, and making informed decisions to provide the best possible support.
