What You'll Do
As a Sales Team Manager, you will wield your leadership magic in our bustling Contact Centre. Here’s how you’ll make waves:

• ? Lead and Energize: Manage and motivate a stellar team of Sales Agents.
• ? Target Mastery: Oversee sales targets, ensuring top-tier performance and compliance.

Who You Are

• Experienced Leader: You've rocked a management role in telemarketing or direct sales for at least 2 years, with a solid background in financial services.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, sales platforms like Mintinga, and familiar with voice recording/monitoring software.
• Knowledgeable: Well-versed in life insurance products, direct marketing practices, and relevant regulations.
• People Person: A natural coach who’s fantastic at motivating and leading a team.
• Goal-Driven: A champion in achieving targets and resilient under pressure.
