Employer Description Our client is an EPCM company.

Job Description Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.

Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Document processes.
Safely operate vehicles and use field automation systems.
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organisation.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
Build positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications

Skills

3 - 5 years Data Centre High Precision Cooling and controls experience (installation, commissioning & maintenance)
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

Salary / Package R400K - R500K
