Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Adcock Ingram, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Web Chat Associate to join our remote team. As an Associate Level Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues - Utilize persuasion skills to promote products and services to customers - Use innovative techniques to enhance the customer experience and drive sales - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and sales targets - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong communication skills and the ability to write clearly and concisely - Reliable and hardworking attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service - Strong persuasion skills with the ability to influence customer behavior - Innovative mindset with a focus on finding creative solutions to problems - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment - Proficient in using web chat software and other communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
