Kumba Iron Ore is seeking a Web Chat Representative to join our remote team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy. 3. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and adaptable personality traits to handle challenging situations. 2. Strong decision-making skills to effectively resolve customer issues. 3.
