The role leads other engineers in executing project assignments for the Mining and Metals business line and may oversee several teams of engineers. Experience in one or more of the following: Cobalt, Lithium, Copper, Rare Earths, Graphite processing Exposure on unit processes such as (SX) Solvent Extraction, Pressure leaching, Crystallization and Evaporation will be beneficial Commissioning Experience will be beneficial Lead Engineer with ability to manage process team according to schedule and cost objectives Ability to manage quality of team deliverables Experience in interfacing with clients Notice to Candidates:Background checks are carried out as part of any conditional offer made, including (but not limited to & role dependant) education, professional registration, employment, references, passport verifications and Global Watchlist screening. To be Considered Candidates: Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located. Basic Job Requirements Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study 12 - 20 years' experience in design, commissioning and/or operational experience of hydrometallurgical processing equipment. Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job Preferred Qualifications Process Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering degree. ECSA professional registration or registration in the applicable field will be beneficial
