SAGE X3 FUNTIONAL CONSULTANT (Office Based) POSITION INFO:
Employer Description SAGE BP Job Description

Delivery of high-quality support services in line with Sage standards that meet client requirements and support ongoing client relationships.
Resolving client and partner problems and queries in an effective and timely manner.
Liaising effectively with above country Vendor support desk.
Logging and keeping current all problems via a Problem Management System
Communicating with clients and partners regarding the progress of actions on assigned problems
Ensure management are aware of potential areas for potential problems, product enhancements and partner educational requirements.
Maintain regular client communication and support client management strategies
Achieve and maintain the required level of skills and competencies to perform the role, including product knowledge
