Position: Africa/Pan Asian Brand Chef
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 20,000 AED per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft innovative and authentic dishes that showcase the diverse flavors of African and Pan Asian cuisines.
• Lead culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop menus that reflect the brand's identity and cater to diverse palates.
• Oversee pre-opening preparations for new restaurant ventures, contributing your expertise to ensure successful launches.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, preferably in a multicultural culinary environment.
• Expertise in African cuisine is essential, with a deep understanding of traditional techniques and ingredients.
• Familiarity with Pan Asian cooking styles and flavors, demonstrating versatility in your culinary repertoire.
• GCC experience is preferred, particularly for candidates with a South African background.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and immerse yourself in its vibrant culinary scene.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
