Boutique Hotel Restaurant Manager

Boutique Hotel in Centurion looking for a Restaurant Manager. Candidates with 5+ years Restaurant management experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment will be considered. Must have strong front of house management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will only consider well-groomed well-spoken individuals with exceptional customer relations skills. Must be skilled in stock management and general administration. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and with good organizing skills. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of banqueting and events. Duties will also include staff management and training. The successful candidate will work with other department managers to ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant. Must have own accommodation – not a live-in position. Salary 20 – 25 K CTC.
