COFFEE SPECIALIST SALES CONSULTANT – JOHANNESBURG / CAPE TOWN – R Negotiable
Currently recruiting for a COFFEE SPECIALIST SALES CONSULTANT to be based in either Johannesburg or Cape Town to focus on the Coffee sector.
- Develop and execute strategies to promote our coffee equipment offerings to businesses, cafes, restaurants, and other relevant establishments.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including coffee roasters, distributors, and equipment manufacturers.
- Understand the technical aspects of commercial coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and related accessories.
- Provide training and demonstrations to clients and staff on proper equipment usage, maintenance, and best practices.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and special requests from clients regarding coffee equipment.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to expand our reach.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, flavour profiles, and equipment.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and adapt to changing market dynamics.
