Our client is seeking an Executive Chef
Duties:
Organise purchasing of enough foods and guest supplies so that the restaurant and functions Impress guests with the variety and quality of food and services
Ensure administration is accurate, up to date and strictly in terms of company procedures
Manage kitchens that are well equipped and strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations
Produce menus and food of a high international standard
Build a competent and motivated kitchen team through confident and caring leadership
Experience 7 Qualifications:
Matric (NQF 4), great organisation skills, a proven keen customer service focus, energy and drive to get the job done, and a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position.
