Executive Chef based in Witbank Our client is seeking an Executive Chef Duties:

• Organise purchasing of enough foods and guest supplies so that the restaurant and functions  Impress guests with the variety and quality of food and services
• Ensure  administration is accurate, up to date and strictly in terms of company procedures
• Manage kitchens that are well equipped and strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Produce  menus and food of a high international standard
• Build a competent and motivated  kitchen team through confident and caring leadership

Experience 7 Qualifications: Matric (NQF 4), great organisation skills, a proven keen customer service focus, energy and drive to get the job done, and a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position.
