Executive Chef - Limpopo

Seeking an experienced Executive Chef  for this well-established 4* lodge situated in Limpopo Province. You will be responsible for the culinary offering for two restaurants, outdoor venues and all function facilities which include conferences, functions and weddings as well as the satellite kitchens in the villas and suites.

• Applicants must have at least 3-5 years chef experience at 4/5* Hotel or Lodge (100+ rooms).
• Valid driver’s License & own transport is advised.
• Must have good leadership skills.
• Management reporting required.
• Manage customer complaints when required.
• Own transport required to & from work.
• Valid RSA ID.
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification
• Culinary qualification 
• Previous working experience in a similar position within a luxury 4 / 5* Lodge
