• Hotel Management diploma/equivalent
• 4-5 years’ F&B management experience
• Previous restaurant management experience
• inventory management & cost analysis experience
• Menu & culinary knowledge/abilities
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Familiar with hospitality industry standards & knowledge of best practices for safety/sanitation
