Half-day Bookkeeper

Job Description

A group of four franchise restaurants requires a half-day Bookkeeper with excellent working knowledge of Xero, to maintain the day to day bookkeeping tasks. You will be assisting the Management Accountant.

Duties include:

• Complete data entry and collect transaction details for incoming and outgoing bank accounts.
  
• Use Xeroto post up-to-date financial transactions.
  
• Generate financial reports.
  
• Bank recons.
• Processing of debtors.
  
• Processing of creditors.
  
• All invoicing.
