As a vibrant Mediterranean social hub, we provide a lively atmosphere where every night is a celebration. Key Responsibilities: Design innovative cocktail menus that complement our Mediterranean offerings and seasonal themes. Ensure exceptional drink quality, presentation, and speed of service. Manage and train a team of bartenders and support staff to meet the highest standards of hospitality. Oversee inventory, stock control, and ordering of all bar supplies, ensuring cost-effective operations. Maintain a clean, organized bar environment that meets health and safety standards. Develop strategies to enhance the bar's performance and contribute to revenue growth. Prepare and analyze revenue reports to monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide leadership and daily management of bar staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professionalism. Engage with guests to enhance their experience and gather feedback to continually improve our service. Qualifications: Proven experience as a mixologist with a strong background in a high-end bar or restaurant. Expert knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Ability to create a wide range of cocktails, from classic recipes to innovative creations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
