this is a live in position and requires a focused hard working individual able to live in a remote location. Candidate will have 7-10 years exp with contactable refs and a stable employment history. Candidate will be passionate about cooking and service. and able to run kitchen in manage ordering and food cost and jnr chefs. Should have 4/5 star hotel exp, with remote location exp. top 10 restaurant exp helpful.
