Hotel Duty Manager

​A 5* hotel  with over 100 rooms and suites, a spa, four food and beverage outlets and banqueting for up to 600 is looking to employ a Hotel Duty Manager with the following requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years 5* Food and Beverage Hotel experience in a multi-outlet hotel.
• Will need to be accustomed to high end guests and thier needs.
• All rounder with both f&b and front office management experience in 4/5* environment in hotels with over 100 rooms - although front office is not essential. ,
• Opera and Micros experience would be an added advantage.
• Capable and experienced duty manager who will be responsible for overseeing operation when on duty.
• Willing to work evening shifts and some weekends, be a team player.
• Be able to manage banqueting and restaurant operations in the evening with the assistance of the asst food and beverage manager.
• Drivers licence.
