Full management of the Front of House staff.

Dealing with any customer complaints.

Cashing up.

Assisting with stock controls if needed.

Micros/Gaap experience.

Qualifications

Relevant hospitality qualification.

Skills

At least 3 years experience in upmarket/fine dining restaurant. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to work shifts. Exceptionally customer centric.
