Job Description Wine sales (domestic and export). Communicating and sharing wine knowledge to and with both staff and guests. Physical transfer of wine (receiving and dispatch). Communicating with guests, suppliers and management (email and telephone). Daily, weekly and administration (stock sheet, invoicing, GRS). Preparation of computer and manual documents and presentations. Wine service during meals, including imparting passion for wine to guests. Personal wine recommendations. Cellar stock and control. Creation of Food and Wine pairing menus with the Head Chef and relevant staff. Qualifications Relevant ASI/WSET2 qualification a must.
Skills At least 2 years experience in similar position. Good knowledge of wine and spirits. Ability to work shifts.
