As the Outlet Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant outlet, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include managing the team, maintaining high standards of service, controlling inventory, and fostering a competent and motivated workforce.
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning to deliver outlet business goals
- Motivating and coaching team members
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving
- Continuous training and development
- Performance analysis and review for improvement
You need;
- Expertise in food and beverage costing
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage products
- Specialized beverage knowledge, including wine and coffee
- Team planning and operational management skills
- Experience in product development and stock control
- Proficiency in computer systems, preferably Micros/Opera
