Inhouse restaurant of an upmarket retail store seeks an experienced restaurant manager with:-

• Matric and hospitality management qualification
• Strong restaurant management experience in upmarket QSR outlets
• Dynamic and energetic leader to lead and develop a good team with passion
• Strong communication skills to deal with demanding clients
• Very good administrator with strong enumerative skills
• A good understanding of budgeting and the ability to work within set budgets
• Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
• Shift and weekend work applies 
• NB - MUST CURRENTLY BE HOLDING THE POSITION WITHIN RECOGNISED RESTAURANT BRANDS
