A Busy 4* Safari hotel with over 80 rooms and restaurant, offering various safari activities (for residents and day visitors) seeks a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sous chef, accustomed to dealing with large volumes. Essential requirements:-
• Matric and related hospitality management qualification
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Sous chef positon in 4* hotel with over 70 rooms
• Strong buffet and food productions skills for upto 600 pax
• Must be able to work under pressure, and deal with high volumes - breakfasts/dinners for upto 200 pax and lunches for upto 600 pax
• Team worker with Stable track record essential
• Own transport
Candidate will be expected to provide recent contactable references essential from last two direct superiors prior to current employer
