Our client is one of the most seek employers in the UAE in the hospitality industry. Their hotels are an architecture pieces of art with Food and Beverage Departments often featured in Michelin and Gault et Millau food guides

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The opening is planned for October 2024. Selected candidates will be required to join before October. Interview process is immediate with job offers given if selected.

We are looking for candidates preferably with cooking experience from one of the following cuisines:

• Italian
• Indian
• Japanese
• Mediterranean
• Pan Asian
• Pastry

As ideal candidate you will have:

• 1-3 years of experience from luxury hotel or upmarket restaurant
• Fine dining experience
• Certificate/Diploma from a recognized culinary institute
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Immaculate presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passport valid for at least 2 years
• Clear medical bill
• Clean background check

Salary Package

• Gross salary AED apply below (60% basic, 40% accommodation and travel)
