Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Nursing with Midwifery
Diploma or Degree in Nursing Education ( will serve as an advantage)
Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse
At least 2 years clinical experience as a professional nurse in general and specialised units
1-2 years' experience as a mentor
1-2 years' experience as a Workplace assessor in a specific healthcare setting (e.g. nursing - general training BLS instructor with a current license).

Assessment skills
Infection prevention and control (IPC) principles and protocols
Clinical risk management
Nursing processes and procedures
Continuous improvement and quality assurance methodologies
Relevant nursing legislation
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
