Project Manager/Business Analyst

You will join a highly motivated engineering team, contributing to the development of enterprise-level software aimed at improving healthcare delivery in the province. Your focus will be on managing person-level health data, collaborating with a diverse team to build reliable, interoperable, and open-source software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
• Develop project plans, manage, and monitor key Information Technology projects.
  
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
  
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  
• Report, escalate, and eliminate bottlenecks through risk analysis.
  
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
  
• Bridge the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, outline problems, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations. Help guide business improvements in processes, services, and software through thorough documentation.
  

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.

• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical certification in the Project Management field.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong analytical skills.
  
• Experience in developing detailed project plans to track progress.
  
• Experience in SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
  
• Experience in project performance measurements using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  
• Experience with MS SQL Server.
