Job Description - Client Support for US Healthcare Account

Our client is in search of an experienced Medical Billers to join our rapidly expanding team. Account specific roles and responsibilities:

  • Perform eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalisations, and procedures.
  • Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information.
  • Following up on unpaid claims within the standard billing cycle timeframe.
  • Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
  • Identifying and billing secondary or tertiary insurances.

 

Job Description:

  • Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year doing medical insurance and claims
  • Experience supporting a client for medical claims, benefits, eligibilities, denials, appeals
  • Knowledge in US Medical Billing (Medicare and Medicaid)
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Amenable to work from 3:00 PM or later
  • Has stable internet connection and ample working space to work from home
  • Has back-up internet connection
  • Ensure you have at least 3 to 4 hours of power backup for laptop, with 2nd screen and internet connectivity, when load shedding happens.
