New opportunity as Chef de Cuisine with this internationally branded hotel group based in North Johannesburg – This role would suit a strong Sous/ Exec Sous Chef who has managed multiple outlets & ready to take the next step in their career!
We’re looking for an individual who is team focused & customer orientated – happy to interact with guests creating a welcoming environment.
A keen mentor with positive management style.
About the role:
Work closely with the assistant F&B manager, stewarding supervisor, & sommelier to create an effective & productive working environment.
Reporting to the Executive Chef & supervising a medium-sized team across multiple outlets.
Kitchen management & reporting including health & safety & HACCP.
Ensuring MEP of outlets ensuring food quality & brand standards are maintained
